These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Shoember. We may update them from time to time; the version published here when you place an order applies to that order.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your orders.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See Delivery & shipping.
• We try to show colours and details accurately, but they may vary slightly with your screen.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. We may cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent, and will refund any payment received.

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched by writing to support@shoember.me. After dispatch, our Exchange & returns policy applies.

Reviews you post must be honest and about products you have used. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive or promotional. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

The Shoember name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
