Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All prices are in rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. Email support@shoember.me with your order number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery takes 4-7 business days (₹99); Express Delivery takes 1-2 business days (₹199). Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order ships, and you can follow it any time from Account → Orders.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver to addresses in India only.
Sizing & products
How do I find my size?
Most of our shoes follow standard EU or UK sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend going half a size up. Save your size in your preferences and we will preselect it for you.
Can I personalise what I see?
Yes. Pick your favourite styles and your size on the preferences page and your home page will show those first.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. Sign in to your account and use the review form on any product page.
Exchanges & returns
What if the shoes do not fit?
Exchange them for another size within 7 days of delivery. Read our Exchange & returns policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5-7 business days after the returned pair passes our quality check, to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
